WonderLab Lead Preschool Teacher
The Lead Preschool Teacher serves in a preschool classroom to provide a play-based learning environment that supports children in their social-emotional, physical, cognitive, and academic growth, and expands children’s ability to learn, grow, and build trusting relationships. This role works in a classroom-based setting with typically and atypically developing children and provides daily supervision and support for children’s developmental needs. Camp Discovery Educator
Educators with Camp Discovery are responsible for up to 15 students. Camps are divided by age range, from rising 1st through rising 6th graders. Director of Early Learning
Director of Early Learning is responsible for the overall operational and logistical management of the Early Learning Program. This role oversees daily operations of the child care center, including staff supervision, family engagement, enrollment management, and compliance with all legal and quality standards. Additional duties include teaching classes as needed and managing program expenditures.

Summer Camp Site Director
We are looking for a Camp Site Director who can commit to a summer-long staff experience beginning in mid May and ending in August. The Summer Camp Site Director will be the main point of contact for all summer camp related activities, including managing schedules, communicating with families and staff, helping facilitate camp curriculum and transportation as needed, and working closely with the Director of Education to ensure the Summer Camp program is delivered smoothly and effectively.

Director of Advancement
Working closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors, the Director of Advancement designs, coordinates, and plays the lead role in executing annual fundraising and development efforts for the Powerhouse. As the museum prepares for an upcoming capital campaign, this role is responsible for strengthening fundraising support systems, deepening donor relationships, and positioning the organization for long-term sustainability. Satellite Camp Coordinator
(Americorps Position)
The satellite camp coordinator will be charged with running the Powerhouse’s satellite summer Camp Discovery program. Camps will run in Cortez during June, and Pagosa Springs in August. The Satellite Camp Coordinator will be tasked with preparing for these camps in May and July, including finalizing registrations, purchasing and organizing supplies, and setting up classroom spaces. During the months that camps are running, the Satellite Camp Coordinator will be running check-in and -out, supervising camp interns, overseeing lunches, and providing classroom and facility support during the camp day.
