Power of Plants Gardening Program

Join us either Monday or Thursday mornings throughout the summer to learn about the Power of Plants in our backyard garden beds. Led by our Gallery Manager, Kathleen Rittenhouse, children will learn how to plant and harvest vegetables, explore the multitude of ways we use plants in every day life, and understand the vital role pollination and compost play in taking care of the Earth. There will be lots of crafting, digging, and water play, so come prepared to have fun in the sun and get your hands dirty!

Sign up for one class each week, either Monday or Thursday!

NO CLASS: June 29-July 3, July 20-24

This program is available for children 2.5 – 5 years old. 

Registration is $5/child per class (free for members and SNAP/EBT cardholders). 

If staying beyond the class, general admission will be charged. Re register today as space is limited!!!
