DESCRIPTION:Our March Toddler Art Class is an explorative art class for children ages “walking”-5 years old, led by Emily Hurley with Durangotangs! This class focuses on process over product, encouraging exploration, experimentation and imagination. Your little artist is encouraged to explore variety of art materials and textures, such as paint, play-dough, collage materials, loose parts, natural objects, water, and sensory tools. Each class will offer open ended stations and caregivers are encouraged to join the fun! Make sure to wear clothes that can get messy and maybe even bring extras. Caregiver participation in the class is optional (though they must stay in the museum throughout the duration of the class in case they are needed).\n
